Can I change or cancel and order?

You may change or cancel an order before it has been processed by emailing our customer service team with your request.  Please note that changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.  Once your order has been processed, no changes can be made.  Please include your name and order number with your request.


Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, however for express shipments, a physical address is always preferable.


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged as soon as payment for the order is approved by your credit card provider.  In the unlikely event that one or more of the items you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified and refunded for that portion of your order.


Is it secure to shop with complexgeometries?

Yes.  Any personal information given to complexgeometries will be protected and not disclosed to third parties.  In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, all transactions are processed using the latest anti-fraud technology.  We do not have direct access to your credit card information at any time.  For more information, please read our Terms of Service.

Do you offer price adjustments for on sale items?

If an item you have ordered is discounted within 7 (seven) days of the original date of purchase, you may email our customer service team to request a price adjustment for the difference in price.  Items that receive a price adjustment become final sale.


Can I return or exchange sale items or items purchased with a discount code?

No.  Discounted items are final sale.


How can I check the status of my order?

Once we have successfully received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number advising you that your order has been placed and is now being processed.  You will receive a subsequent email with tracking information, where applicable, once the order has been shipped.  

How can I track the shipment?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information for the shipment.  The email will contain a link which may be used to track the status of your shipment.  Please note that standard airmail orders are not traceable.  If you need to track your shipment, please select a shipping option with tracking.  

Do you sell gift cards?

How do I make a return?

Any full-priced item can be returned within 10 days of receipt by emailing our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.  For full details, please visit our Returns Policy page.


Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

No.  Due to high order volume, we are not able to honor exchange requests.  If you would like to exchange your full-priced item(s), we ask that you kindly return them by following our Returns Policy and then order the desired size or color in a new transaction.


How does your sizing work?

How does unisex sizing work?

Many of the styles on complexgeometries.com are designed to be unisex.  Unisex styles follow our men's sizing standard, so women may want to order a size smaller than they usually would.  Please refer to our Sizing page for more details.


Where are your products made?

Unless otherwise noted, all apparel is made in Canada or Japan.  All footwear is made in Italy.  All jewelry is made in Canada or the United States.


How do I care for my complexgeometries garments?

A label with care instructions is sewn into each complexgeometries garment.  In general, most styles should be hand washed, or dry cleaned.
