If you are not satisfied with your (full-priced) online purchase, you may return your item(s) for refund.


Simply email our customer service team within ten days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please mention your ONLINE ORDER number (found in your confirmation email).


Return requests must be made within ten days from the date of delivery.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipping with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused upon delivery and returned to you at your expense.

We cannot accept returns sent by UPS. Any attempted delivery by UPS will be refused and returned to you at your expense. If you would like to use another courier (FedEx or DHL) for your return, please contact customer service for special instructions. If you fail to do so, your return may be refused and returned at your expense.

We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All returns must be shipped to Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Once your return has been received you will be refunded via your original method of payment, minus the initial shipping cost, where applicable.

Due to high order volume and quickly changing inventory, we are unable to provide exchanges.  If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style or color, we kindly request that you return the unwanted item(s) following the above procedure and purchase the desired item(s) on in a new transaction.
