If you are not completely satisfied with your (full-priced) online purchase, you may return your item(s) for refund.


Simply email our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please mention your ONLINE ORDER number (found in your confirmation email).


Return requests must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipping with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused upon delivery and returned to you at your expense.

We cannot accept returns sent by UPS or FedEx. Any attempted delivery by UPS or FedEx will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.

We reserve the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.

In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Once your return has been received you will be refunded via your original method of payment, minus the initial shipping cost, where applicable.
