Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, wherever possible. Note: for international orders, airmail shipments are not traceable. If you require a tracking number for an international order, select the express shipping option.
Please send change requests to our customer service team. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and you will be refunded on your original method of payment.
Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. If the item you want sells out before you proceed through checkout, you will be notified and the item will be removed from your cart.

Unless otherwise noted, all orders (domestic and international) are shipped from Canada via Canada Post. Rates are determined by destination and desired service (standard, express). Orders are processed Monday through Fridays 10:00am to 6:00pm (PST), excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and outside of normal business hours will be processed the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sale and holiday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. complexgeometries cannot estimate or pay for any duties or taxes related to international shipping.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase you may return your item(s). Return requests are to be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized prior to shipping and a return authorization number will be issued at this time. Returns must be received no later than 30 days after the return authorization has been issued. Returns received after 30 days will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Consent must be granted prior to shipping. Items returned without approval will be refused upon delivery and returned to you at your expense.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
complexgeometries has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy.
In all cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team. Please have ONLINE ORDER # and your full name in subject line of email.
Email us with your return request; please include the reason for your return.
We are not able to provide exchanges a different size, style, color, etc. We request that you return the unwanted item following the above procedure and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.
When your return is received, we will credit the same method of payment by which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.

price adjustment policy
If an item is discounted from regular price within 7 days of purchase you may email our customer service team for a price adjustment. Price adjustments can take up to 2 weeks to appear on your statement. Items that receive price adjustments become final sale. Price adjustments are not available on merchandise that has already been discounted or merchandise that is part of a special promotion.
We respect your right to privacy. complexgeometries only collects the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We never have access to or store your credit card information.
